The HR Professional provides HR administrative services to support client HR activities. This position also conducts HR / OD research and analysis and develops related reports/documents. The HR Professional will perform this work on a project basis under the supervision and guidance of the President.
When not working at a client site, this position offers the opportunity to telecommute. The number of hours and schedule will vary with each assignment. The hourly rate of pay is $20 per hour.
The HR Professional must have a Bachelor's Degree in a human resource-related field or a PHR. In either case, a minimum of two years of related HR experience is also required.
The HR Consultant and Senior Consultant provide coaching and consulting services for SWS clients. This position may also develop HR / OD client resource materials. The HR Consultant/Senior Consultant performs this work on an assignment/project basis under the supervision and guidance of the President.
When not working at a client site, this position offers the opportunity to telecommute. The number of hours and schedule will vary with each assignment. The compensation program for consultants includes various payment methods and amounts, depending on the type and complexity of the work, the requisite skill set, the extent to which the consultant can perform the work independently, and the assignment/project budget.
The HR Consultant must have a Masters Degree in an HR-related field or a Bachelor's Degree with SPHR certification. If the Master's Degree is not in an HR-related field, the SPHR certification is also required. In either case, a minimum of eight years of related HR experience is also required. Practical expertise with the functional areas of HR, including compensation, is required in addition to a strategic HR perspective.
The HR Senior Consultant must have the same academic credentials as the Consultant with a minimum of fifteen years of HR experience. Practical expertise with the functional areas of HR, including compensation, is required in addition to a strategic HR perspective.
