In recent months, SWS was honored to work with the Buncombe County Medical Society,  North American Roofing Services, Inc, Cheryl Smith Associates, Metropolitan Sewage District of Buncombe County, and Buncombe County Day Reporting Center.

Carol Elected as WNC Human Resource Association President for Second Year

The WNC HRA membership elected its 2008 Board on December 12, 2007. The slate of Board Officers and Members was unanimously approved, with Carol serving as President for another year. The new Leadership Team held its organizational meeting on January 9th and is off to a great start.

Bonnie Snyder to Speak on Succession Planning

SWS was asked to provide a presentation for the Iredell Human Resource Association at its April meeting. Bonnie's program, Succession Planning: Building Bench Strength in a Competitive Labor Market, will provide members to apply succession planning strategies to their respective organizations.
